不過對方明確的指出了生殖器插入生殖器，就是因為說的太明確了，所以我個人覺得
可針對此點來做攻防，畢竟他又不是在現場真的有看到是自己猜測，而我所說的情
況亦非不可能發生(例如阿伯不小心早洩在內褲上就懷孕了，其他就如網友說的只是
月工月工然後就流過去諸如此類的情形)...所以是有機會告贏的吧！並不是針對小孩
是不是真的有血緣關係而是指懷孕的行為是何種所造成的，但王卻指明是生殖器插入
生殖器，只要他拿不出證明(有拍到照片、錄影、或是有男主角當證人)，從這點就可
以反駁了吧！
除非對方找來男事主當證人~想當然爾我是不覺得男方會願意跳出來幫忙

我記得台灣這邊好像是要原告自己提出證據證明~~
所以王兄贏的機會基本上是 99% 拉~~~
而且女方只是喊話說要告~~~ 等到真的去法院告了再說吧~~~
我想女方應該也沒這麼呆.........大概只是喊喊而已~~~
