我現在的建議是:
壓縮的時候不做任何Resize, 並保留Aspect Ratio。到播放的時候才進行Resize/Crop。

原因有2個:
1 - 減少Resize次數, 畫質損失較少
2 - YUV的Resizer有計算錯誤, 令Resize的質素明顯下降, 特別是將畫面縮細
