你的lsigetwin提供的資訊沒有任何作用..
我發現你把event log和f/w log全清光了...
我不曉得為什麼你要這樣做...

但是你msm提供的f/w log還存留紀錄..
因此我只能看這一份..

在06/25~06/26...
你的RAID Controller連續觸發好幾次異常行為...
分別的時點如下(只抓幾個來看):

CDB opertation code: 1b=> 不正常的start/stop unit操作..
都是在pd02發生...
之後你的PD02被MR Controller踢掉..
你可以使用Hard Disk Sentinel檢查..

這邊另外給你一個建議...
從你的log查看...
你的PD功能操作似乎有問題..
請刷新你的f/w...
看似你應該沒有拿RAID Controller做system partition...
如果您是這樣, 請使用LSI最新f/w, 新driver...
