 領月薪的怎辦???
如果照 資委會說的，可以不給薪..
責任制時多做的時間都沒領薪水了? 是不是換 時薪制，對員工比較划算，反正沒上班就沒錢，有上班照工時給，很合理吧!!
雇主想要月薪制(變相責任制)，又要走時薪制的無給薪... 很嘔耶!! |
月薪制一樣照扣阿~~~
月薪/上班天數 = 日薪 ~
交代一下會計 發薪水時扣掉這一天薪水
之前我朋友的公司強制隔週休一天無薪假時就是這樣辦理的~~~
