再者，你自願搭乘友人所駕的車而車禍死亡，這...葉少是犯了哪一條罪啊? 可以拿過失致死來告嗎?
去年在下也一個朋友被載，駕車的友人逆向超車出事，駕駛輕傷，我朋友掛了，不知道也可不可以求償一億。
