台北的魯肉飯也不是一塊一塊的呀~~~也是用絞肉比較多，用五花肉切塊的通常都被當成台南口味...但事實上還要有那種甜味不加油蔥比較像...
嚴格來說也沒有所謂台北口味的魯肉飯...台北的魯肉飯差異極大..怎麼魯各憑店家本事...
有魯的很好吃的..也有魯的亂七八糟的...把瓜仔肉飯/香茹魯肉飯用魯肉飯賣的也有
不像台南就整個很平均...口味也很平均...

不過我在台北吃到的都是又油又有一塊一塊肥肉的魯肉飯...... 
真的吃得很不習慣....
