不知道屏東肉燥飯特色是怎樣
從小到大不是吃台南的就是吃台北的...就我吃過的金仙就最像台南味...
當然用五花肉煮一定都油上不少...
金仙不同店份量也會有差...南港有2家金仙...同樣是魯肉菜飯50元...
一間有4道配菜飯比較多...一間就薄薄一層+3樣菜

屏東的肉燥飯跟滷肉飯是不一樣的~~~
他是用絞肉下去做的~~~不像台北魯肉飯有一塊一塊的肉塊~~
比較不油~~~

說真的我從小吃到大~~~從他在橋邊舊店面時吃到他搬到現在的店面~~
我現在才知道他叫廖字排骨飯呢~~~XDDD
每次回屏東必吃的就是這一家拉~~
肉燥飯跟米糕各來一碗~~ 加個滷蛋跟香腸 
肚子又餓了
