腦袋閃過去比水沸點低的都叫"溶劑",如果有別的請告知
如果用溶濟那必需間接加熱,會有熱耗損的問題,溫度控制上也要很注意,也要注意外洩問題

水也是溶劑...
酒精也是, 油也是... 而油的沸點比水高
