核電廠... 說穿了就是要按照程序走, 很多事情其實如果照 SOP 來做就可以避免事故的. 車諾比如此(車諾比的時候操作人員手動抽出控制棒維持發電, 儘管系統將控制棒插入控制輸出), 福島也是如此.
任何事情都有風險, 這是不可避免的, 所以才有SOP, 所以才有各種安全措施.
安全措施不怕多, 步驟不會失敗, 失敗的是人為...
核電短期內是必須的, 不然能源問題會導致經濟崩盤, 未來電動車流行了, 更需要電力!
