我是覺得要解決流浪狗的問題，就只有這兩個方法選一個吧
很殘忍但是總得面對現實
連以前我們看不起的對岸中國大城市都有在課寵物稅了

中國從以前一直有在收寵物登記費哦~~~
而且是每年要更新登記證的~~~
登記費也不便宜~~早期一年是 4000 RMB ((你沒看錯))
一般民眾搞不好一年賺不到 2500 RMB
所以一般平民百姓大多是偷養的~~公安一來就要跑~~
不然被抓就是送去屠宰場~ 然後進香肉店~~~
有機會可以看一部大陸片 "卡拉是條狗"
