之前也有想過想學桿餃子皮跟巧手包法...
不過還真不知道去哪裡學..
餃子除了皮,餡,包法跟煮法也都很重要.
吃過一家,因為生意好,找外勞來包, 其它都不變
吃起來就是差很多...
