我無意挑起筆論 重點是王家與建商當初在協調時內容為何?我假設(1)王家當初在符合特定條件下同意都更 (2)一開始就完全反對 消極參與 也不與建商協調 如果(2)成立 當然建商要付最大的責任 我們可以大聲罵建商 市府是幫兇 如果(1)成立 王家也要負擔一些責任 而不能完全怪別人 (有點釘子戶的行為) 以上是我個人的想法

要同意都更的話並不是口頭說說
而是要簽署都更同意書的.......
但是現在的都更法規 只要你被畫入都更範圍~~~
只要範圍內 4/5 的人同意~~~你就算不簽同意書
一樣要被拆房~~~
今天關心這件事情的人不是同情王家~~~
而是相同的事情很有可發生在自己身上~~
