參加鐵人賽還能夠保持這麼白
平時花在保養品的 $$上一定很可觀  |
不一定吧~~~平常練習全都在室內就好啦~~~~
跑步 游泳 腳踏車 健身中心都可以練~~~~
只有比賽會到室外~~~這樣基本上也不會太黑......
況且很多比賽都是一大早就開始比~~~ 這時陽光也不會太強~~
防曬做好的話 基本上還是可以白白的~
