CUDA就這樣而已，如果有差那還得了 XD (這些部份根本不應該存在品質問題)
另外只這樣也沒辦法加速的很快，畢竟絕大部分轉檔慢是慢在encoding上
一般說轉出來品質有差是指 用GPU 進行encoding
通常只能1pass，可供設定的部份也少的可憐
就是這樣才會讓轉出來品質差
