請問一下, 為什麼輕坦也有有 VII 的等級, 是怎麼做到的??

ELTB: Enh. Longitudinal Torsion Bars
+10% Suspension Load Limit and +30% to Suspension Hitpoints (ingame description is incomplete).
A higher load limit does not improve acceleration, traverse rates, or anything else, it just increases max weight capacity and can be useful while you still use the tank's stock tracks. The more useful aspect of this equipment, which unfortunately does not appear on the ingame description, is the increase to suspension hitpoints, which makes your tank harder to track.
