在未確定和直接證據證明兇手的情形下
就算涉嫌重大
也不能拿他之前做過的事情來當作犯案關係
這樣的行為其實跟欲加之罪沒甚麼兩樣
家裡有東西被偷了
只因為妳之前有犯過錯
就說涉嫌重大
這樣你甘願嗎?
更何況還拿****出來?這不是明了要讓眾人故意產生聯想嘛?
也不過就是涉嫌重大而已
但絕對不是因為****文才涉嫌重大的
再次強調
只是就事論事
如果真的有人心裡已經有定見覺得他就是兇手
那我也無話可說
