我也可以說你講的公務員主管爛用退場機制也是信口開河
目前沒有退場機制的代價，是大部分公務員擺爛
與其這樣寧願先推動退場機制，再細部修正劣幣逐良幣的問題

真正該被裁的裁不掉~~
結果裁掉的大多是直接服務民眾的公務員~~
或是不聽話的部屬~~~
那你認為劣幣驅逐良幣的問題會改善嗎????
