不過經歷這幾天的煎熬，康貴秀沈重地請求，希望政府能成立專責救難大隊。她表示，她胞弟傳出遇難後，第一天已空拍到他弟弟揮手的畫面，有很好的黃金救援機會，但之後連著三天，救援地點都止於「南湖山莊」，進度等於零，如果政府第一天看到空拍畫面，就能精準研判所需的人員及專業設備，在第一、二天很快將人救下，就不必再動員更多的人物力，家屬也不必心急如焚。

這一段就是在抱怨不是嗎???
而且當時新聞報出來是 康吉成 的姊夫先去處理的~~~
他一定有質疑說 為何看得到救不到 ~~ 這不是如同八掌溪翻版~~
不然不會被報出來~~~
而且空勤隊也解釋過為何當時看到了卻無法進行吊掛了~~~
結果現在他姊姊還出來講說 看到空拍畫面可以很快就把人救下來....
最好是山區救人這麼簡單拉~~~那下次請你家屬自己去救算了~~~
