Packaging Instructions:
Package the defective item and reference this RMA number R00000000 when sending product back to LSI. Use either the original packaging and ESD bag from the replacement RMA controller that you will be sent to avoid damage to the product. Damaged or altered boards will be rejected, and you will need to pay return shipping to receive back your defective controller. No replacement will be issued for a rejected board.
