同事常以枸杞、七葉膽茶當水喝,指可保肝,是真的嗎?保肝飲食須注意什麼?

許多民眾注意保肝,但常犯自行使用藥方的毛病,例如枸杞搭配七葉膽茶,枸杞較溫,七葉膽茶較涼,溫的配涼的,自己覺得滿搭配,其實不然,畢竟人人體質不同,若體質對七葉膽茶較敏感,長期食用可能反造成腹瀉、胃痛等毛病。
而且中藥材近來常有重金屬殘留問題,若煮沸時間不夠久,例如水滾後沒有讓它再沸個10到20分鐘,重金屬可能殘存量較多,吃多也有礙肝臟健康。


有次七葉膽喝多了, 胃感覺刮刮的. 不過好像可以降血壓或血糖之類.
