羊肉三鮮火鍋
原料:帶皮羊肉800克,魚圓30只,水發海參和熟雞脯肉各100克,菠菜250克,青蒜80克,香菜50克,醋25克,精鹽5克白糖和料酒各10克,清湯、八角、白胡椒粉和醬油各適量。
味碟:紅辣椒醬。可根據個人口味配製,每人一碟。
