美國國際貿易委員會ITC判決，蘋果控告宏達電在「觸控螢幕控制」與「軟硬體技術」等10項專利中，宏達電兩項侵權成立。宏達電也立刻發布聲明表示絕對上訴到底。台北光華商場外牆偌大的宏達電****看板總是吸引消費者目光。

美國「國際貿易委員會」 (ITC)行政法官15日初步裁決，宏達電侵犯蘋果公司十項專利中的兩項。宏達電表示將上訴力爭。

ITC這項裁決並未公開，而是先透露給路透、彭博等媒體。這些報導說，本項裁決是「初步裁決」 (initial determination)，尚須經過ITC全體六位委員會審議，才會成為最終判決 (final decision)。
宏達電法律總顧問Grace Lei以電郵聲明表示，宏達電「將在負責終判的ITC委員會面前力爭」...

消息出來之前就已經開始反映了不是嗎??
所以很多股市的書都會提到一點~~股票下跌一定有他的原因~~
