這其實不是太稀奇的PTSD療法，美軍一天到晚都要處理一堆罹患PTSD的士兵，他們的經驗豐富，療法有『虛擬實境』，讓士兵戴上虛擬實境眼鏡，重新體驗那些戰場上的震撼；或是乾脆安排他們回到當地，讓他們回到當時的事發地點，讓自己去面對這樣的恐懼。
