既然被對方搞上了法院當然可以反告對方誣告. 多幾起這種誣告案件成立甚至
判刑，經由媒體大肆報導，這些恩將仇報的傢伙才會有所警惕，大家才能安心
助人，反控誣告可算是做善事造福社會.

我記得有看過類似的案件去告誣告~~但是最後也都不起訴~~
理由好像是說 因為家屬的心理因為過於悲傷還是怎樣~~所以並不是刻意~
所以很多家屬才會有恃無恐阿~~
