南亞電40000，另一間同性質的42000，外商是5萬+津貼另計

我覺得光看薪水沒啥意義~~要看工作內容~~~
像我們相關行業普遍月薪都 45000∼50000
在一般人眼中算高的了~~但是工作內容呢??
每天工作 13 小時~~ 月休 4 天~ 6天~~
其實算一算很慘阿~~~~這還是有經驗的待遇~~
剛畢業的菜鳥待遇可能只有 30000∼35000
還不如我同學去公家單位~~爽爽做到課長了~~一個月也是領 50000
但是週休二日~~每天工作八小時~~~
可能會有人說~不滿意待遇就換工作阿~~
問題我們是專門行業~~再怎麼換待遇就是這樣~~
除非不作這行~~所以我有很多同學早早就看開去作別的行業了~~
有人跑去當機師~~有人跑去當安親班老師~~
