It is obviously the most powerful tier 8 heavy from the three. The gap between T32 and KT/IS-3 is too big currently. T32 is likely to be "adjusted" in v.0.6.4.

1) T32 is overperforming. That's true.
2) T34 is ok mostly, but we do have some ideas how to improve the situation.
3) T-54 is ok. The gap is not that big to be seen to.
