Crimson Blades do not really require strategy beyond attacking whatever body part is weakest. However some Crimson Blades can cast low level magic such as Herakles, Prostasia and weaker elemental magic. You should cast Degenerate and Tarnish on those that have these buffs to make the fights easier.
