本來就不是來救災的...
航艦本身的裝卸貨能力其實很有限: 整艘船只有四個升降梯, 三個在右一個在左... 離地面也還以一大段距離
自身的運作限制又多, 像是水深要求, 靠港還要拖船幫忙
與其冒險靠岸結果擱淺, 要運送東西上岸, 還是讓專業的兩棲登陸艦來比較快且實際啦
表面上來說, 航艦主要是提供救災直升機加油的平台,
最重要的其實該是提供日本空防能力
東日本的軍事基地大概癱瘓一大半, 就怕北韓跟中國乘亂攻擊
