問題是連救災直昇機或半個人也沒動!!!!

駐日美軍的陸戰隊也在集結, 因為陸戰隊基地根本就不在那附近.
還有雷根號主要是提供日本自衛隊的飛機/直升機加油, 本身並不提供, 也沒有辦法提供直接援助, 理由上面講了
"Reagan, with its large flight deck, will provide a platform to refuel Japan Self Defense Force and other helicopters."
真正的人力援助也要等駐日美軍, 還有其他有物資的船艦抵達才有辦法展開.
