以台灣的法律制度來說~~沒錯~~就是法官說了算~~~

2. 沒有可以相對制衡的制度或機關可以彈劾這類法官？

就只有監察院~~~問題是~~很難~~~
而且法官是終身職~~除非有重大貪瀆~~否則根本動不了他們
不過最近有在討論不適任法官的退場機制~~但是我覺得最後又是雷聲大雨點小~~

3. 若以此案件，之前未判兇嫌死刑的法官，現在兇嫌放出來繼續犯案，難道相關的法官以及司法人員不用究責？

這之間雖然有間接關係~~但是並無直接關係~~所以動不到他們
