非婚生子女除非經過認養手續~~否則生父可以不必付贍養費跟教育費的~~~
這件事情我覺得女方長輩的問題較大~~~
既然都對簿公堂~~那就沒啥情面好講了~~~我想那位新郎根本不會想認養那個孩子~~
更不用說去付教育費了~~~
