2TB drives will be supported for all our 6Gb/s products and is planned for integration with our 3Gb/s MegaRAID line, though there are no current plans for future releases for the 3Gb/s HBA line. Please be sure to check our compatibility lists prior to the purchase of new drives at the interoperability tab at the link below.
