星巴克的服務準則應該是全球都一樣吧?
我沒注意國內的店面有沒有寫, 不過國外的店面, 裡頭好像都有寫一段意思是如果他們做出來的咖啡, 客戶不滿意, 是可以要求重作.

在北美是如此, 有的甚至如果整杯不小心打翻了, 直接再一杯做給你...
有的客人反而會不好意思, 多丟一些小費... XD
