Just been Alcatraz last March. I missed many times because the ticket is easily sold out. So, I recommend getting the ticket in advance if you know which tour you are going. The ticket can be purchased on the official site here. (e-ticket, print at home and bring to the pier)

Get to the pier early because there is always long line. I don't remember exactly if there is line for pre-purchased ticket holders.
I didn't pay much attention whether there is a snack shop on the island. Be sure to bring some snacks (lots of people bring banana :P). They do offer Audio Tour Guide in Mandarin. My sister in law complained that the tour is nothing special because she did not bother to ask for Audio Tour Guide (her english is not good). Don't be shy to ask for that. The guide is the meat of the entire tour. It tells you many stories.
The entire audio guide is about 2 hours or so.

剛剛才發現Berkeley是在SF上面...搞笑了
幾本上來回Sunnyvale公司都會派車接我..所以這段就不用煩惱交通
其實去Berkeley主要目的是那邊的TNF Outlet跟REI(SF市區也有啦)
行程調整一下應該變成這樣
12/2 先到SF Downtown住宿
12/3 SF->Berkeley->中午回San Francisco( 去AT&T Park朝聖,從ferry building沿著海邊走到球場??)->逛中國城->在SF住宿
12/4 Alcatraz tour(the Rock)->Fisherman Wharf->Ghirardelli Square->Palace of Fine Arts->Golden Gate Bridge->搭渡輪回Fisherman Wharf->飯店取行李->SFO(0:05)->TPE
