雖然理性討論的空間大概已經沒有了，但我還是說一下早上查資料的發現。

上面這個網址是現行最新版的跆拳道規則(目前跆拳道官方語言不包括中文，所以沒有官方的中文版規則)，我摘錄裡面第14章的5.2.7節如下：
