問題在於, 硬碟的功能不是只有存他們所說的東西
他們的提案是假設硬碟完全是用來儲存版權媒體, 不管是free or not
MP3 player, 如果我是都從 itunes/amazon 買, 或是, 自己買正版來壓, 那還要付錢嗎?
說穿了根本就是一群老番癲想要撈錢

its actually legally allow ppl to download pirate copy of music
if I recall correctly, we are protect from law to download music (pirate)
but we can NOT upload to help others to download
don't know if that has change or not
coz I pay for the levy already, so doesn't matter what I do
I pay for it coz you tax me already
why buy it from amazon, itunes...
coz I PAY FOR IT already...
I'll sent an email to my company who is looking after this
last time they did a campain on levies on DVD
