很多指數都是平均值,
問題在於, 5x5 跟 1+3+5+7+9 表達的不會一樣
貧富不均的分布, 讓這些平均值變得有點沒意義.
在極端一點的 2+2+2+2+17?
再來另外一個實際一點的例子, 赤貧的定義?
世界銀行 2005 年調整的結果, 是說只要每天用不到 1.25 元就算是赤貧...
但是, 每個國家的物價都不一樣, 在一些第三世界國家 1.25 可能可以買到一大包米, 在歐美則一杯星巴克咖啡都不夠.
所以要比較, 要調整很多的數據, 而不是只看數字. 但是這一調整, 數據會不會失真? 能不能真實反映多數民眾的情況?
