其實newegg購物，大部分的州都不用稅

因為Newegg總部在加州，所以任何加州買家都得付sales tax
東岸好像有Newegg的Warehouse在Edison, NJ，和Memphis, TN
所以住在這兩州的買家也要付稅

另,紐約州比較特別
紐約州好像是要求只要買家住在紐約州境，就算商家在別州還是得付Sales Tax
以前(2008)Newegg曾代收過，但沒幾個月後就取消了

住在米國，若要線上購物
請選擇那些你所在的州沒有設據點的公司
通常就可以避免掉sales tax
不過....幾十元內的小東西在Sales tax 跟shipping fee中間衡量
經常還是當地商家購買比較划算，有問題也可以立刻退換
