義大利製 因中國移民貶值

【蔡佳慧╱綜合外電報導】「義大利製造」向來是服裝品質的保證。美國媒體報導，大批中國移民湧入義大利紡織重鎮普拉托，促使當地由精緻織品產地轉型為廉價服飾製造中心，造就所謂的「快速時尚」，卻也模糊「義大利製」與「中國製」的界線。

美國《紐約時報》前天報導，大量中國勞工自1980年代起湧入普拉托（Prato），導致當地成為歐洲最多華人聚居地，估計合法移民約1.2萬人，非法移民更高達2.5萬人。在小工廠裡，華人利用中國進口的原物料，日以繼夜製造中、低價位衣鞋和配件，然後將這些「義大利製」衣物行銷全球，包括賣給Zara、Mango等平價時尚品牌。
