接續上面這位gdrs版友的討論, 所謂新車上市前的間碟照, 通常都會包的密密麻麻的有許多偽裝. 所謂的秘密, 應該是指整輛沒有偽裝的車子才叫做秘密, 或是偽裝車本身就算是秘密呢? 如果偽裝車本身就叫做營業秘密, 那過去一堆在路上跑被拍到的偽裝車, 不就拍照的人與汽車雜誌都在犯法?
再者, 如果照片最開頭被A貼上網路後, 照片被Google圖檔抓起來了, 大家只要搜尋Google都看的到 (Google也會標示原出處就是A貼圖的網站). 那麼如果公司要提告網路鄉民B/C/D....等, 豈不是連Google也要一起告下去了?

法律不是自己覺得怎樣就怎樣的~~~
況且法條是不是這樣解讀也是一個問題~~~
