基本上就是 milk jug deposit...
理由是路上一堆空牛奶瓶, 有礙觀瞻... =.=
一公升以上 25 cent, 以下含一公升 10 cent,
另外有 4 cent 的 recycle fee... 不知哪冒出來的鬼...=.=
實施以後, 用牛奶用很兇的店家的回收桶就倒大楣了... 以前只有 tetra pack 的東西會被偷, milk jug deposit 實施以後, 開始被大量偷走...
現在甚至動用bolt cutter 把鎖剪掉, 甚至不惜整個破壞掉回收桶, 有聽過直接把塑膠的桶身燒融, 然後拿走裡面的東西...
