這麼說吧...
經濟最重要的一環就是貿易, 貿易主要就是讓各個貿易夥伴負責自己"相對"擅長的部分, 然後互相交換.
ECFA 也是類似的架構
問題是... 貿易之下一定會有部分的人會失業, 所以要譖麼補償/輔導轉業這些失業人口, 就成了最大的問題
