過程中可以再修正＆針對大戶再用更多方式對付...
不然若什麼政策都要100%完美才能推出的話, 就不用玩了~

看看現在的房價吧~~~就算祭出這樣的政策房價就會跌嗎??
不太可能~~更何況投資客還有多少房子在手上還沒消化完~~~
雖然說有作總比沒做好~~~但是....作得太晚效果還是有限.....
話說雖然我對彭總很有信心~~~但是其實他做事還是受限於政府~~
還有就像樓上講的金主......反正已經踏出第一步~~
就看後續彭總有沒有魄力照理念下去作了~~~
