上英文的網站，最後會連到這個網頁，檢查之後也是沒有出現 Create RMA 的按鈕，只有出現一段文字說可以聯絡代理商聯強，也可以直接按 RMA 送回 Seagate 原廠，但是並沒有看到 Create RMA 那個按鈕，請問是要哪個版本的瀏覽器？
