如果部屬到金門馬祖呢?
一百公里的海只剩下幾公里, 如果能發展海射甚至潛射, 縮短一公里就是一公里
如果加上匿蹤外型, 搭配地貌追延, 減少被發現的機率, 也就提高了飛到目標的機率
再者, 有總比沒有好, 這算是一種心理戰武器, 讓對方知道, 我們有能力涵蓋目標
彈頭載什麼其實也不重要, 帶髒彈, 就算擊落了也是會對墜毀區造成一定的所傷
簡而言之, 我不認為這是無用的武器
