你是打算回臺灣多久? 假如只是渡假的話. 回一個月應該夠用了吧?
臺灣對持美國護照者可以落地簽. 你入境時海關會叫你去旁邊櫃臺簽一下就好.
你假如要回臺灣超過一個月, 就去辦觀光簽之類, 最多也只有三個月左右.
真正會扣留的情況是在出境時才有可能, 而且你基本上只要不要超過入境的時間.
都不會有事. 除非你是通緝犯. 出來十年的話, 早就被除籍了啊, 你應該連新的身份證都沒了吧.
護照後面有被蓋那個章, 申請什麼都沒用. 要回臺灣長住, 要嘛就當兵, 要嘛就等除役.
