LHP Hong-Chih Kuo is dealing with a sore elbow for the second time this spring and is in danger of not making the Opening Day roster. Kuo first felt pain on the Dodgers' March 12-14 trip to his native Taiwan. He returned to throw an impressive 1 2/3 innings March 19, but has been dealing with soreness ever since. Kuo has had surgery on his left elbow four times.
