你講到重點了, 那些整天喊台北市房子貴到買不起, 或者一萬元只能住學生套房的人,
大概都是非精華地段住不慣的人.
在板橋, 20坪兩房或三房的公寓, 隨便11k~13就租得到, 離捷運站走路只要10分鐘,
搭捷運到台北車站13分鐘, 前一陣子附近鄰居兩間公寓成交價都在20~22萬左右,
每天花點點時間通勤很困難嗎?

那也要你上班地方捷運到得了阿~~~有的人要搭捷運後再轉公車~~~
有的人工作的地方沒有捷運~~只能搭公車~~~
事情並不是像你說的花點時間通勤而已~~~~
還有等你有小孩~~要不要考慮小孩的學區?? 要不要考慮周遭環境??
林森北路的房子不貴阿~~~問題是你想住在酒店樓上嗎??
你想你的小孩晚上問你說 "為什麼隔壁的阿姨常常在尖叫??"
這些都是問題~~~如果都不考慮的話~~那當然在哪買房子都沒問題囉~~~
