我必須問一句
你同學在花蓮的工作是否在當地算是高薪了?
我同學在高雄買了透天厝
但問題是他在台塑上班，在當地平均薪資裡算高薪了
當地一堆最低薪資的工作，也是買不起房
|
他是公務員~~算不算高薪哦~~也還好耶~~~
一個月薪水將近五萬左右~~~在花蓮應該算高薪吧~~ 
不過他是大約三年前買房子的~~那時候房價還沒這麼高~~
