I am a Master's student , but my English is not very well (even poor ).

I can understand the paper and textbook in my file, but if you request to me write a paper by self or read newspaper、 watch movies without Chinese subtitle I can't do it.

I will graduate on the year in December (if it went off without a hitch).

I want to go abroad for my Ph.D, so I need the GRE and TOLF score.

How to I improve my English?
